About us
Revolution Housing Solutions
A fusion of the hotel industry, water sports and timber construction
Revolution Housing Solutions draws on the combined experience of Martien van der Valk, John Biesheuvel and Armin Hasanovic — gained in the hotel industry, water sports and timber construction respectively.
These three elements are woven into every product we create. The comfort and finish of a hotel room, an understanding of water and location, and the craftsmanship required to actually build it. That is also why we do not think in terms of standard accommodation, but in terms of concepts tailored to a specific location.
We are a small company with short lines of communication and a flat organisational structure. This enables us to respond quickly to specific requirements. We are happy to contribute ideas to projects that, at first glance, seem challenging or even unachievable — those are usually the most interesting ones.
Designed in the Netherlands, built in our own factory
We design in the Netherlands and manufacture mainly in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in our own factories. Thanks to this structure, we supply high-quality holiday accommodation at competitive prices throughout Europe. No middlemen, no mark-ups on other people’s work.
Mass production in wood
Over the years, we have specialised in hotel rooms, kitchen worktops, acoustic wall panels, doors and window frames — and, previously, RIB boats.
Delivery throughout Europe
We organise transport and installation from a single point, even outside the Netherlands.
Control over quality and planning
In-house production means that we are responsible for what comes off the production line and when.
The faces behind Revolution
Short lines of communication also mean that you know who you’ll be speaking to on the phone, and that person will remain involved in your project.
Point of contact for concept development and guest experience. Thinks from the guest’s perspective and focuses on the resulting return on investment.
Everything to do with water: location, technology, floating structures and feasibility.
Who we build with
Regular suppliers and partners with whom we have been working for many years, in the areas of materials, technology and finishing.
