Campsite, marina or holiday park: We don’t mind. What matters is whether you want a return on investment. We think first and foremost in terms of target groups, business models and payback periods, and we’re not afraid to say so. You can come on board at any stage, whatever your needs.

Concept

A good concept starts with three questions: who is your target audience, or who do you want your target audience to be, and how do you exceed their expectations? Based on those answers, we determine the price range and revenue model, as well as the level of service to go with it: from sanitary facilities and catering to wellness and a letting service – or, conversely, a conscious decision to omit all of these. Only then do we draw up any plans.

Product

What we build isn’t taken from a catalogue, and it’s not limited to accommodation. A park generates revenue from the whole experience: catering, wellness, sanitary facilities, reception, games and sport, and retail. We also develop concepts for these areas that suit your target audience and revenue model. In-house production in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with no middlemen, means higher quality at a comparable price. There is scope for customisation in terms of layout, finishes and energy performance. We handle everything ourselves, from design to installation.

Performance

Return on investment doesn’t stop at handover. We monitor occupancy rates, guest ratings and reviews, and the actual payback period. We use these figures to refine the concept – and to inform the next project as well.
