DELTA MARINA · VEERSE MEER · ZEELAND
Your second home doesn’t have to sit empty.
The comfort of a flat. The freedom of a mobile second home. On the water, with a permanent base at Delta Marina.
One of the seven
Just seven exclusive berths at Delta Marina — not a holiday park.
A mooring for your boat
Combine your AUREL with a berth for your sailing yacht or motor yacht.
Portable
Today, Zeeland. Later, if you’d like, somewhere else.
This isn’t a boat. Nor is it just an ordinary second home
AUREL was developed in response to a single question: why does a second home actually have to be a permanent fixture?
The water is the living environment, not the means of transport. Inside, AUREL feels like a high-quality flat — light, space and materials have been the guiding principles in the design. You needn’t worry about the fact that, technically speaking, it is a vessel.
A permanent berth at Delta Marina offers peace of mind and a stable base. At the same time, you retain the freedom to move on in the future, whenever it suits your lifestyle.
Nobody has to sell the boat
He still wants to go sailing. She’d rather enjoy the view. Both are possible.
Many couples and families have been stuck with this very dilemma for years — whether to keep the boat or finally enjoy the living comfort they need. Delta Marina offers the opportunity to secure an AUREL berth right next to a standard mooring.
Your boat stays where it belongs. Your AUREL moors right next to it — two spots by the water, rather than having to choose between two lives.
DELTA MARINA · KORTGENE · ZEELAND
Right on the shores of Lake Veere
A peaceful, well-maintained marina in Noord-Beveland. No mass tourism, but plenty of space, a clear layout and a clientele that consciously chooses quality.
Middelburg, Goes and Zierikzee are within easy reach, and the North Sea beaches are just a short distance away. You’ll have a permanent mooring, good facilities and a safe, well-organised environment — a place where owners stay and return to, not a busy marina for passing visitors.

Inside, it feels like home, not like being on board.
Below the waterline lies a seaworthy aluminium catamaran hull with an electric, joystick-controlled propulsion system — quiet and precise. Above the waterline, you’d never know it: just light, space and the finish you’d expect from a modern flat.

Seven places – deliberately no more than that
Behind AUREL is not a large manufacturer, but a small team that’s right there with you. We design and build every houseboat ourselves, and you’ll find us right here at Delta Marina. Do feel free to pop round for a cup of coffee on the jetty – you can have a look around straight away.
We don’t build for you from the drawing board, but together with you. First, we listen to how you’d like to spend your time here: with your family, as a couple, or simply to unwind completely. Then we work with you to decide on the layout, materials and finishes, until everything feels just right. That way, you’ll have a place that’s truly yours.
And even after completion, we’ll still be there for you:
- 3-year warranty
- 3 years’ maintenance included
Living right on the water, with your own jetty on your doorstep, in an authentic spot like this: you’ll struggle to find anything like it in the Netherlands, certainly not at this price. ‘Seven plots’ isn’t a sales gimmick, but simply the scale at which the development remains.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is an AUREL water residence?
An AUREL water residence is a floating, relocatable second home from Revolution Housing Solutions. Every AUREL is delivered with the same consistent, high-quality finish — the standard of quality you would normally only find with established, leading names in the hospitality sector, never by chance.
Is an AUREL the same as a houseboat?
Not in the traditional sense: AUREL is positioned as a waterfront residence — a floating second home with a high standard of build and finish, more akin to a detached house than a traditional houseboat.
Where is AUREL at the moment?
AUREL’s current location is Delta Marina on Lake Veere, in Zeeland.
Is an AUREL fixed or portable?
An AUREL is relocatable: the home itself is built to last, whilst its location is flexible — it can be moved without the need for demolition.
What about the financing of an AUREL?
Legally, an AUREL is classified as movable property, which means that financing is usually arranged via a ship mortgage rather than a standard mortgage. For details of the exact options available to you, please get in touch or consult a financial adviser.
What is the process from initial enquiry to delivery?
Following an initial viewing or consultation, the process continues from the selection of design and finish options through to production in our own factory and delivery to the desired mooring.
Experience the AUREL for yourself.
You can’t really get a feel for a second home on the water just from photos — you have to experience what it’s like to wake up there. A limited number of interested parties will have the opportunity to spend a night on the AUREL at Delta Marina.
Please leave your details. We will contact you personally to arrange an introductory meeting or a viewing — no waiting list, no automated process.
We usually reply within 24 hours, in person.
