PULSE began with one clear question: how do you develop a leisure concept that isn’t just about accommodation, but about a complete lifestyle? We’ve translated that ambition into a concrete resort model in which sport, recovery, nutrition, nature and hospitality are designed as a single integrated system — including the revenue model, spatial layout, facilities, guest journey and accommodation.

For PULSE, the client involves us actively from a very early stage. Our multidisciplinary team works on all the preparatory elements required to turn an ambition into a robust and viable resort concept.
From the very outset, we integrate concept development, hospitality, spatial design, operations, branding, the guest journey and product development. It is precisely at this stage that the decisions are made which will later determine the difference between a good idea and a concept that also makes commercial and operational sense.
